We Cover Three Types Of Filling Machines
Manual Filling
Manual filling machines are hand operated and require no power source, which makes them ideal for use in environments where compressed air or electricity are not available. Suitable for free flowing liquids and medium viscosity creams and gels ranging from 5ml – 600ml.
Semi-Automatic
Semi-Automatic filling machines are flexible and versatile. They’re simple to operate and maintain with fast and accurate operation speed. Suitable for medium viscosity liquids such as shampoos, lotions, light creams.
Automatic
Automatic filling machines is available with 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 filling heads and up to 120 bottles/min throughput.
Suitable for medium to large scale production, which viscosity range is from 1-70,000 centipoise.
